Malibu Lake ,Los Angeles.I took this late 2019,i had never been to this stunning location nestled in the Valleys of the Santa Monica Mountains and i want for a drive one one afternoon and i just let my mind wander as i drove through the Hills and i came upon this small community.I didnt have my cameras but i vowed to come back there the following morning ,early next day i arrived about an hour before sunrise i got out my Magic Box(GFX50S Medium Format camera)and i knew already from the day before where i wanted the compositions to be,i knew i had may 45 mins to capture what was in my head ,I used Theb Lee Filter System to block out light and allow a long 2 minute exposure to give beautiful saturated colors.The beauty Of that morning will be with me forever.
