Finnich GlenAKA The Devils Pulpit,about 30 mins north Of Glasgow is this Deep gorge that cuts through sandstone so the water has a reddish color to it and legend has it the Devil used to meet here with his disciples.

It is a very steep gorge and there are some very old steps that you have to use a rope to help you down as the stepping is quite dangerous ,once down you are rewarded by one of he most fantastic Vista of waterfalls that cut layers into this Glen.I used Waders to get in deep for this Composition and a long exposure to capture the patterns of the Waterfall.Truly one of the most wonderful scenes of my life .
