I came across the wonderful town quite by accident and as often in life its those unexpected journeys that inject such beauty into your heart.I was all alone for about an hour at this place doing some long exposure photography and i could literally feel the pirates of old coming into this place and unloading their bounty ...the sense of time and history was immense. Portsoy is located on the Moray Firth Coast of North East Scotland, 50 miles North West of Aberdeen & 65 miles East of Inverness.The "Old" Harbour dates to the 17th century and is the oldest on the Moray Firth Original,Inspirational and meditational art by Aéngus
